Australian Cancer Plan
UX/UI Design
Interactive Prototype for Strategic Framework

project overview
The Australian Cancer Plan is a national strategy to improve cancer outcomes for all Australians, with a strong focus on equity.
It outlines a long-term vision to close the gap for groups experiencing the poorest outcomes, aligning with global efforts to ensure better care and survival for everyone affected by cancer.

the brief & challenges
the brief & challenges
Cancer Australia needed to bring clarity and usability to their Implementation Plan—originally presented as a dense, hard-to-navigate table. Our task was to reimagine how this content could live online: more accessible, functional, and engaging. We were asked to design an interface that would show measurable progress, introduce the M&E framework at the right points, and allow users to submit initiatives via a web form—while keeping the core structure of the Strategic Objectives, goals, and actions intact.
my role
I led UX design during the pitch phase, translating the brief into low-fidelity wireframes to test content architecture and user flows. After winning the work, I partnered with our account and client teams to refine the solution through workshops. I built an interactive Figma prototype using auto layout, variants, and smart transitions—designed for stakeholder walkthroughs, internal testing, and future development. I also presented user flows and prototypes to key Cancer Australia stakeholders to validate direction and gather feedback.
